For adults who:
Together we will deep dive on the 8 senses, sensory integration, hyper and hypo sensitivity, and nervous system patterns. We will explore your unique sensory profile and develop realistic, supportive strategies to help you feel safer, more regulated, and more in control of your sensory needs.
This aims to be a short-term intervention of 5–16 sessions, giving you the knowledge and skills to understand your own regulation patterns and put them into practice long term. Top-ups or check-ins are available as needed.
Sessions are offered online and in person (depending on location – prices increase for in-person sessions).
Support for neurodivergent teenagers navigating mood, identity, and overwhelm.
Adolescence can feel especially intense for young people who experience the world more sensitively. Many teens struggle with anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected without fully understanding why.
This mentoring space offers a calm, supportive environment to explore what’s happening in both body and mind, without judgement. It is designed to help teens feel more grounded, understood, and equipped to manage their wellbeing.
Together, we focus on:
My approach is trauma-aware, relational, and neurodiversity-affirming. Sessions are flexible and adapted to each young person’s needs and pace. Where helpful, parents or caregivers can be involved to support understanding and co-regulation at home.
